Wanted to do something fun this weekend. Here are a few of the satin flowers that I made. And above is.. Maina.. its the first time I drew a complete bird!! :)

7. Here is a daisy chain stich. I used large purple beads and small white sead beads as a contrast. Tutorial coming soon!

Crochet Flowers!

I was trying to get the petals right from a long time and finally got 'em today. Am not sure if this design is already used, but I worked this out myself! Here is the tutorial.
1. Chain about 5-6 chain stiches.
2. Connect the first and the last chain to form a loop.
3. Weave exactly 11 (for 6 petals) single crochet from the loop that we just made.
You should have something like this:


5. We are now going to make the petals.
6. Make a single chain. Loop once on the needle and double crochet from the next hole.
7. Loop once on the needle again and have another double crochet from the same hole.
8. Make a single chain stich.
9. Insert the needle in the next hole and seal. We have a petal ready! Repeat the same for all the 6 petals.

Friends day event

This is what I made for the friends day poster at my office! Hope you guys like it. Its been a while I touched PS. Need to go back to those dayz again!!

The Feel Good Factor

I didn't want to stop the second day itself! The main motto of this blog is to keep my creative juices flowing! I want to make a new thing each day and post about it! So here it is.. this is a bracelet that I made. The blue theme reminds me of the beach and the sky above it! :)

Roses

Inspired by a video on youtube, I made these roses with a red satin ribbon. They not only are very simple to make, they are also one of my most beautiful creations.

Outside my window!

My car broke down yesterday. It was raining outside. Whilst my driver fixed the tyre, I tried clicking some rain-snaps! Here is the most beautiful one. There was a car passing by, fast one, and the red and yellow lights are its head lights..
